Aluminum alloys are divided by make and scope.  Aluminum alloys are double, triple and more complex systems with different solubility of the components in the solid state.

• AMс - aluminum-manganese alloy (1-1,6% manganese). The alloy has a low tensile strength - 11-17 kg/mm2. Used for protecting aluminum  designs, translucent structures.
• AMm - aluminum-magnesium. Take first place against corrosion after a technically pure aluminum.  They are used for sheet and welded beam structures. The most popular of aluminum-magnesium alloy received in the construction of alloy Aluminum alloy-6, which contains about 6% magnesium and up to 0.2% titanium. Tensile Strength Aluminum alloy-6 -32 kg/mm2 and the elongation - 15%.
• AB - aluminum-silicon. In the composition of the alloy composed of silicon, magnesium, manganese and copper - all from 2 to 3%. It is recommended to apply it to basic structures operated in hostile environments.
• D - duralumin. Duralumin is widely used like high strength alloy.  These are heat hardened alloys: D1-T, D6-T, D-16-T. They are characterized by a high content of copper (4-5%). Technical terms of structural design of aluminum alloy are recommended for use in the construction of high-strength alloy D16-T as the most economical. Its tensile strength - up to 49 kg/mm2, elongation - 10%. Calculated resistance D16-T characteristics were superior to 3 and close to high-quality steels.
• B - high-strength alloy. B65, B95, B96 in the composition of these alloys include copper, zinc and other alloying elements. On the strength of these alloys are above low-alloy steels.
